Can't sleep...
Every night, I can only sleep after the sun rises. I think I'm suffering from delayed sleep phase syndrome.

Just what I used to do till a couple of days back. Now I forcefully put myself to sleep by 2am, listening to music and get up by 8 am forcefully using an alarm clock. Looks like its working, as I do feel sleepy at 2am nowadays.

Its true. Maintaining good sleep habits is the best way to handle insomnia. Reduce caffeine intake and don't get into bed until you are really sleepy. Another option count sheep :)
