No, I'm using an external, no-name SiRF Star III bluetoth GPS device with my N80.

Thanks I have been wanting a Bluetooth GPS receiver to work with http://www.mgmaps.com/ at $50 this looks a good option

Yep, it was the cheapest I found, and the chipset is great - once locked on to some satellites, it maintains a good signal even indoors!

Yes it does! I was wondering why anyone would need that.. until you asked me. ;-)

Coolax! I must have tried more than a dozen combinations of gps receivers and palm / windows / macos based gps data loggers. I think I am going to move back to my Nokia E50 for a while. :)

Well, I'm actually doing both right now - a degree in CS/Robotics, and research in computational biology. I hope to get some research done in robotics as well before I graduate. :)

Sub-Optimal route

Dude thats a sub-optimal path. Any constraints ?

By the way, its pretty cool to track routes. I think we need it most on Bangalore's haphazard roads and probably the public transport should start using the speed and time features it to improve their service.

The moment I posted the map, JD pointed out that it was sub-optimal. I hadn't really realized till then, because that was the way I was used to. :)
